코로나바이러스감염증(코로나19) 확산으로 인해 K리그가 무기한 연기됐다. 이에 제주는  2020시즌 선수단 정보를 손쉽게 알려주고 , K리그 개막을 손꼽아 기다렸던 팬들의 아쉬움을 달래주기 위해 <</span>제주 선수 알아가기>이벤트를 실시하고 있다. 

구단 공식 SNS 채널을 통해 선수 한 명씩 세부적인 선수 소개 정보가 업로드 되면 댓글을 통해 해당 선수 응원글을 남기고, 각 선수당 1명씩 당첨자를 추첨해 해당 선수의 애장품을 증정한다.

당첨자 발표는 정성껏 응원 댓글을 남겨주신 팬분들에 한해 추첨과정을 거쳐 선정된 팬들에게 개별 메시지를 통해 진행하고 있다.

반응은 뜨겁다. <</span>제주 선수 알아가기>이벤트의 첫번째 선수였던No.1 윤보상 게시글에만 무려 500개가 넘은 좋아요와 100개가 넘는 응원 댓글이 찍혔다. 윤보상은 당첨자에게 개별 통보하는 과정에서 슈퍼 팬서비스까지 선보였다.

윤보상은 당첨자의 아들이 서귀포FC에서 골키퍼 꿈나무로 활동하는 조은호 군이라는 사연을 듣자, 자신이 구단 직원 대신 직접 몰래 깜짝 선물을 전달하겠다고 나섰다. 원래 선물이었던 축구화에 골키퍼 장갑까지 챙겼다.

조은호 군을 직접 만난 윤보상은 "내 자신을 믿고 매일매일 연습을 늘려갔더니 그만큼의 잠재력를 갖게 됐다. 조은호 군처럼 제주를 사랑하고 아끼는 팬들 중에서 프로선수가 나왔으면 좋겠다"고 따뜻한 조언을 건넸다.

기대, 그 이상의 감동을 선사한 <</span>제주 선수 알아가기> 이벤트는 계속 이어진다. 다음 이벤트 선수들도 깜짝 놀랄만한 이벤트를 자발적으로 준비했다는 후문이다. 

윤보상은 "지금은 슈퍼세이브를 보여줄 수 없지만 슈퍼 팬서비스는 가능하다. <</span>제주 선수 알아가기>이벤트는 이제 시작이다. 더 화끈한 선물들이 준비됐다. 항상 팬들과 함께 하겠다. 많은 참여바란다"라고 말했다.
