[스포츠디비=엄지영 기자] 창원시(시장 허성무)는 6일 목재문화체험장에서 드림파크관리원과 희망근로 노동자를 대상으로 산업안전보건교육을 실시했다.

 진해 드림파크는 연평균 15만명 이상이 찾고 있는 진해 대표 명소로 시설물 관리를 위한 관리원들의 안전사고 예방이 무엇보다도 필요한 곳이다.

 시는 이번 점검을 코로나19 3단계 하락에 따라 방역지침을 준수하며 시행했고, 국민응급처치교육EFR센터 강사를 초청해 진행했다.

 교육내용은 심정지로 인한 두뇌 산소공급 중지에 따른 현상, 급성 심근경색증 전조증상과 심정지 시 응급처치실시 방법, 바닥분수 소독제 MSDS(물진안전보건자료) 안전교육, 작업 장비사용에 따른 주의사항, 코로나19 등 감염 예방수칙 및 의심환자 발생 시 행동요령 등이다.

 특히, 시는 노동자들을 대상으로 인체모형을 가지고 심폐소생술 현장 실습 교육을 실시해 근무 중 심정지 환자 발생 등 위급상황에 대처할 수 있는 능력을 향상시켰다.

 이춘수 푸른도시사업소장은 “지속적인 교육을 실시하여 안전사고를 미연에 방지하고, 실습교육을 통한 경험으로 위급상황 시 적극 대처할 수 있는 안전한 사업장 만들기에 앞장서도록 하겠다”고 전했다.

 In particular, the city improved their ability to cope with emergencies such as cases of cardiac arrest while on duty by providing on-the-job training for CPR with human body models.

 Lee Chun-su, head of the Green City Business Office, said, “We will prevent safety accidents in advance by conducting continuous education and take the lead in creating a safe workplace that can actively respond to emergencies through experience through practical education.”

 鎮海ドリームパークは、年平均15万人以上が探している濃く代表スポットに施設管理のための管理員の安全事故予防が何よりも必要なところである。

 市は、今回の点検をコロナ19 3段階下落に応じて防疫指針を遵守し実施しており、国民応急処置の訓練EFRセンター講師を招いて行われた。

 教育内容は心停止に起因する脳の酸素供給を停止による現状、急性心筋梗塞の前兆症状と心停止時の応急処置の実施方法、床噴水消毒剤MSDS（ムルジン安全データ）安全教育、作業装置の使用に伴う注意事項、コロナ19などの感染症予防のヒントと疑われる患者発生時の行動要領などである。

 特に、市は労働者を対象に、人体模型を持って心肺蘇生法の現場実習教育を実施し勤務中心停止患者の発生など緊急に対処できる能力を向上させた。

 イチュンス青い都市事業所長は「継続的な教育を実施して安全事故を未然に防止し、実践的なトレーニングを通じた経験に緊急時積極的に対処できる安全な事業所づくりに率先ようにする」と伝えた。
